1. Data We Collect
- Users: Name, Phone Number, Pickup/Drop Address, Payment Details, and active GPS location.
- Drivers: Name, Phone Number, Profile Photo, Driving License (DL), Registration Certificate (RC), Vehicle Commercial Insurance copy, Aadhaar/PRC, and Bank Account/UPI details for KYC.
- Location Data: We collect precise location data (real-time and background) from Drivers' devices to enable vehicle tracking on the map, dispatch nearby rides, and calculate distances.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To match Users with nearby Drivers.
- To track active trips on the map for security and distance verification.
- To process platform subscription fees and wallet transactions using the secure Cashfree Payment Gateway.
- To verify Driver credentials manually through government portals (mParivahan/Sarathi).
- Fare Transparency: Drivers have full autonomy to set their own per-kilometer rates. We process this data strictly to facilitate transparent transactions between the driver and the user without interfering in the pricing.
3. Data Sharing and Security
- During an active trip, the Driver's location and name are shared with the User. The User's pickup/drop details and contact number are shared with the Driver.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
- We use industry-standard encryption and Firebase security rules to secure your data from unauthorized access.
